At shalom Community Support Services we provide both supported living and floating support for adults from the age of 18 who have mild, moderate, or severe learning disabilities and or mental health problems, autism and other conditions who sometimes display behaviour that other people may find challenging.

Opening Hours
- We are open 24/7 There is always a member of staff on call
The support plan will comprise of the following
- Contract list and psychiatric history of the tenant
- Their support plan
- Identified needs care plan
- Professional support, thus GP, CPN, social worker and psychiatrist input
- Daily communication entries
- Regular reviews involving all disciplines working with the tenant.
