Support that helps people thrive

From a comfortable place to call home to practical, everyday support, we tailor everything around each person’s needs, goals and aspirations.

Our core services

Two ways we support adults

Supported Living

A comfortable, homely place to live with on-hand support tailored to each tenant. Residents have their own private room and the support they need to build independence and maintain their tenancy.

Floating Support

Flexible, visiting support for people living in their own homes — helping with the practical and personal sides of daily life, so people can stay independent in their own community.

Our homes

A comfortable place to call home

Each tenant has their own private double bedroom — well decorated and ready to personalise, with some rooms en-suite. We encourage tenants to take pride in a well-kept room, building a real sense of ownership and responsibility.

How we help

The areas we support people with

Our clients have a varied complexity of needs. Support is always shaped around the individual — here are some of the areas we work on together.

Maintaining a tenancy

Practical help to sustain a tenancy, with move-on and resettlement preparation when the time is right.

Education & employment

Accessing education, training and voluntary or paid work, building skills and confidence.

Life & daily living skills

Cooking, budgeting, banking, basic hygiene and the everyday skills that underpin independent living.

Health & wellbeing

Dietary advice, health checks, fitness, mental-health stability and crisis support.

Relationships & community

Maintaining safe, supportive relationships and taking part in recreation and leisure.

Income & admin

Maximising income — claiming benefits, budgeting, form-filling and accessing housing services.

Medication & safety

Monitoring self-administration of medication, personal safety, and alcohol and drug awareness.

Harm minimisation

A supportive, non-judgemental approach to reducing risk and building healthier routines.

Goals & aspirations

Reviewing personal development plans and working towards each person’s own ambitions.

PBS

Positive Behaviour Support

Our approach to behaviour

Positive Behaviour Support

We help people manage their behaviour in positive ways through a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach — focusing on understanding, prevention and building skills, rather than restriction. It’s about improving quality of life and supporting each person to flourish.
